Adamine Celebrates Two Years

We are delighted and proud to be celebrating Adamine’s second anniversary.

Launched by Linda Mbagwu, whose experience in health and social care executive recruitment had convinced her there had to be a better way of supporting clients and candidates, the company has rapidly developed.

“It’s been quite a ride,” said Linda, when asked about the last two years.

“We believe our success has been down to asking our clients and candidates about what they want to see, listening carefully to what they tell us and then crafting our services to meet their specific needs,” she explained. “It sounds basic but it’s surprisingly uncommon.

As a direct result of talking with clients we are launching a new service line we believe will share expertise across the sector in a cost effective way. Watch this space!”

And what about the next two years and beyond?

“Organisations that stand still don’t get anywhere. Our aim is to continually develop a fresh approach to the health and social care market that will surprise and delight the people we do business with.”
