We’ll also use research-based talent mapping based on our extensive sector knowledge and international reach. This means we’re rarely stumped when it comes to providing a shortlist of highly appointable candidates. Then we’ll conduct the first stage interviews for you and provide you with our top candidates, with recommendations, so your time is spent with the very best.
Placement and Onboarding
Once you are ready to appoint we’ll manage the offer process, obtain references and provide the unsuccessful candidates with constructive feedback. And to ensure our candidates are successful in their roles in the long term, we can even provide coaching support.
